We used Brandee Wilkins to sell our house, and were very pleased that we did so. She definitely earned her commission with us, and went above and beyond our expectations of what a selling realtor would do. Our 40 year old house needed foundation work and some updating. Brandee recommended firms for each of those jobs. She used her contacts and influence, and got us moved up in the schedule of the foundation company, which helped us get our house on the market sooner. She also suggested specific remodeling updates for us to make, which would help get our house sold without breaking our wallet. We ended up being out of town during some of this work, and Brandee volunteered to drop by the house, monitor progress, keep us up to date, and work with the construction firm as needed. This was a huge help to us, as we were moving into our new house at the same time. All for the firms she recommended as contractors did excellent work: quality work, done right and on time, at the prices quoted.As soon as the house was on the market, Brandee had traffic coming through: both individual showings and open houses. When we got an offer, Brandee was helpful in letting us know whether or not the offer was reasonable, and did not pressure us in any way to accept or reject offers; she completely let us make that decision. Brandee was recommended to us by a co-worker who enlisted Brandee to sell their home. They ended up selling for more than they thought they could get for their house, all on Brandee’s recommendation of where to price their house in the current market. We were just as pleased, and we highly recommend Brandee and her team to anyone needing to buy or sell a house.

Brandi is an amazing realtor. But beyond that, she is an amazing person. She is the unique person who has found her niche in this world as a realtor. She is intentionally punctual, but has the gifts of organization, resourcefulness, good listener, personable, excellent communicator, advocate for her clients, and beyond that, she is able to spin what might seem an impossible challenge into a positive success and create lifetime friends in the process.How she manages to balance her personal and professional life is a mystery to me, as she always seems to be available when I needed her. She is a blessing in every way.My only regret is that the transaction went way too fast! I wished I could have spent more time with her, because she was fun to hang out with. :)

I can't begin to explain how helpful Brandee was. From the first meeting I could tell she was a hard worker and meant business. She mapped out 15 homes for us to see in one evening! When we got done at 8:30 at night and told her we wanted to see one of the houses one more time to make our decision (we loved 2 houses) we expected to book the next day. She took 5 min and had us in that house 10 min later! I was impressed. I worked with 3 other realtors prior that I felt didn't listen to MY interest but kept pressing what THEY thought I would like. Brandee took what I wanted and catered to it. Highly recommended!

I hired Brandee to sell my house in June of 2016. She told me how to prep the house so that it would show well. Just in talking with Brandee it is clear that she knows the business. She guided me through the process like the expert that she is. She really crosses her T's and dots her I's! She put it on the market July 16 and by the 18th she had 12 offers prepared for me. Several were above the asking price. I took an offer that was $15,000 over the asking price. As any realtor will tell you it is not all about the money. You're realtor should be able to spot the buyers who do not really have the money to go over the asking price. Brandee is a savey business woman who knows her stuff. She will get you an honest deal that will not fall through at the last moment. I just cannot say enough good things about Brandee Wilkins!
